Welcome to 247Bodybuilding.

My friend Tokz suggested that I have this blog so yeah, I'll give it a shot just for the fun of it.

Anyway, I'm not a big bulky muscular guy.. well at least not for now but perhaps someday I will be lean and fit for life. That is the important goal in mind. To be healthy and lead a life full of purpose.

I'm off to do my Cardio at True Fitness Vivo City. So far, True Fitness has been awesome. I have access to all clubs and I have been training at Vivo, Tampines and Suntec City.

Do talk about, bitch about, rant about, gossip about, hate, love my posts. They are totally honest and yeah.. onward to a transformation..

After this 4 Week Maximum Muscle Program, I start a new 12 week training program also designed by Kris Grethin, Editor in Chief of www.bodybuilding.com

He is also the founder of the DTP program.
